Internal lubricant and antistatic release agents for the thermoplastic industry

Characterized as processing aids, internal lubricant release agents provide different effects depending on the dosage introduced into the material. They allow, as a priority, to eliminate the use of release agents that are sprayed onto the mold. They have an antistatic function, which allows the coloring agent to mix easily with the material and to eliminate marbling. The flow of the material and the filling of the mold is favored, which gives a very good surface condition to the part. Anti-tak functions, or surface lubricant effects, are allowed depending on the dosage.
